Buyback Policy — Risora Jewellery
To keep things fair and sustainable, Risora offers an optional store-credit buyback on eligible 925 sterling silver, American Diamond jewellery, after quality check (QC).

Key Conditions
- Applicable to any Risora 925 sterling silver, American Diamond jewellery purchased directly from risora.in — including personalised/Made-to-Order items and items purchased on sale/clearance. Every product bought from us is eligible for buyback.
- The item must be in good, wearable condition, with the original invoice (and authenticity card, if issued) — no third-party alterations, repairs, or resizing.
Shipping
- To initiate a buyback, please send the item to us via a trackable courier service, at your own cost.
- If, after inspection, the item is found ineligible for buyback and you'd like it returned to you, return shipping will be charged at actuals.
Credit & Timelines
- Once we receive and inspect (QC) your item, buyback credit will be issued to your Risora Wallet within 5–7 working days.
- Risora Wallet credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is non-transferable, and non-encashable (cannot be converted to cash or bank transfer).
- Credit can be used towards any future purchase on risora.in.
Additional Notes
- All buyback claims are subject to inspection and validation by our team.
- Risora reserves the right to decline a buyback claim if the item does not meet the required quality standards, shows signs of damage beyond normal wear, or falls under a non-eligible category.
- This policy may be updated from time to time; the terms applicable at the time of your buyback request will apply.
How to Initiate a Buyback
- Email us at support@risora.in or call +91 8866377277 with your Order ID and a request to initiate a buyback.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share instructions for sending the item to us.
- Ship the item via a trackable courier at your own cost, and share the tracking details with us.
- Once received, we'll inspect the item and confirm your buyback value.
- Approved credit will be added to your Risora Wallet within 5–7 working days.
